Requirements

If you are an experienced UK-based legal secretary available during office hours (minimum of 4 hours per day) with at least three years’ experience, a typing speed of at least 70 wpm and looking for a self-employed long-term contract, please download and complete the application form below and email it to Vacancies at the address shown on the form.

You must have:

  • PC with a fast Broadband Internet connection
  • Transcription kit – Olympus AS7000 or AS9000 (Speak IT are extremely competitive.  Tel: 0121 456 7800)
  • Plantronics DSP655 or the C60 headset

You must:

  • be experienced using Word, Outlook and Excel (although training can be given where needed);
  • be happy navigating using Windows Explorer;
  • take pride in your work;
  • be motivated; and
  • work well as a member of a team.

DTFL supplies all Office 365 applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, etc.) for your use while a member of the team.
